There’s always a road ahead and it always splits in two directions.
Leaving one path to choose, but no matter the choice, the distance is just as far.
There are days where the road is well paved.
There are days where the road is bumpy.
I’ve learned (but not yet mastered!) that looking at the distance of the road ahead instead of shorter distances is definitely not the best approach. I often overthink, worry about many things that are out of my control and anticipate everything that can go wrong on my drive. However, once I have been on the road for a little while, I often learn to counter the bumps ahead. Even though I don’t get there right away, I do always end up with the same conclusion :
Little by little one travels far – J.R.R Tolkein
Great things are done by a series of small things brought together – Vincent Van Gogh
